If you follow me on Instagram, you know that last Friday Crazy Beautiful celebrated their pop-up shop kick-off with a Friends + Family shopping event. Now through January 2014, they will have both their Walker Avenue location plus their pop-up shop location (387 S. Main Street -next to Spindini) open for business. Shoppers were able to save 20% off their purchase that night and with new arrivals, I had to swing by (obviously). The space that they are utilizing is awesome. It has an industrial feel to it (brick walls, exposed pipes), and has a kick-ass spiral staircase right smack in the middle. It totally fits Crazy Beautiful’s vibe. THIS BAG WILL BE MINE!!! Leather shorts + tights is ALWAYS a cute look. This is a perfect example of maximizing your wardrobe. She tried on a sleeveless cotton maxi dress + threw the cable knit cut-out sweater on top. If you have a few maxi dresses that are this weight, you can easily wear them into fall + winter with a chunkier sweater. Just add boots, tights + a scarf + you’re good to go! Angie was so cute. I loved the color palette she was wearing, + she totally convinced me to start using Ebay in the future (the BCBG booties she’s wearing are normally $150 + she scored them for $30!) I wanted to take Meredith’s moto jacket and run. I love the length of it, and how she paired it with a blush tone blouse + not white. Pastel + watercolor shades can still be worn in the Fall when they’re in a silky fabric + paired with a tougher piece. The pop-up store will be open Tuesday-Sunday and will actually have merchandise exclusively for that location.
