It’s always interesting to me when certain beauty trends make the rounds. For Spring 2014, white liner made its way back into the forefront. I remember wearing the trend my senior year in high-school (paired with a berry lip no less!), so it’s kinda fun to see it reemerge. Altuzarra, Creatures of the Wind, Kenzo and more paired their runway looks with the mode yet equally futuristic look, but I believe that Tibi + Kate Spade’s looks are the most wearable in the “real world”. Although the placements are different (and Kate Spade is a little more dramatic), both looks have a slightly ethereal vibe because they’re paired with flushed cheeks and a nudish lip. The key for transitioning this properly is to use a light hand, a soft liner, creamy rose tinted blush, and mascara to help balance it out.
