Shoe Shopping for Fall

We’re starting to get glimpses of cooler weather in the city (I went walking the other morning and it was sunny + breezy with NO humidity; heaven!), so of course it means that I’m completely focused on what I’m going to wear once it’s here, lol. High on my list? Footwear.

I’m not going to do the whole capsule wardrobe thing, but I am going to get more versatile foundational pieces for the season. Your accessories (especially footwear) can easily elevate a simple look, so while I have my tried + trues that I always go to, I’m planning to branch out a little bit more. Working in a more creative environment has especially helped me to step out.  There’s a specific aesthetic that I like  (classic with a twist) but it doesn’t mean it has to be boring. The little details will make all the difference in the world.
