I’m not quite sure when breakfast bowls became so popular, but I’m down for anything that’ll help me eat a (healthier) breakfast every morning. I understand the convenience of putting everything in a bowl (you can easily take it with you when you have a busy day ahead), and after researching different recipes, I love that there are so many variations to try.
