It’s interesting how much my appetite changes during the warmer months. It’s most likely because of the heat, but once it starts to get hot my cravings change (I want way more fresh fruit and veggies, and hardly any meat (maybe a little fish or chicken + thin slices of prosciutto). Like, if you put a charcuterie board + sliced veggies in front of me, I’d be just fine eating off of that all day long, lol. I know that it’s better to prepare more well rounded meals, however, so I’m always looking for simple but delicious recipes I can make at home, preferably in 30 minutes or less.
