Last Sunday I held one of my blog photography workshops at Everbloom Design, and our nibbles for the event were sponsored by Feast & Graze, a new cheese + charcuterie focused delivery service based here in Memphis, TN. All of their boards are seasonal and come with fresh, hand-selected foods like artisan cheeses, small-batch salami, fresh and dried fruits, assorted nuts, crackers, and selected spreads like local honey &/or jellies, and it was the perfect touch for the day’s activities.
Founders Cristina McCarter (City Tasting Tours) + Tiffany Iriana Hofscher (Puck Food Hall) hand delivered their masterpiece, and after the “unveiling” (and a ton of pictures because duh, it was a photography workshop but also because it was so pretty!), they gave us a breakdown of everything that was included on the board.

I’ve said before that I could survive solely on a charcuterie board if needed, and this did not disappoint. The cool thing about their concept is that they will offer so many different options besides a traditional charcuterie board (which is usually cheeses, meats, crackers and fruit + olives or nuts).
