If you’re someone that’s like me and loves to be outdoors during the Autumn months, now’s the perfect time to update your athleisure wardrobe with comfy, transitional pieces that can do double duty. Athleta just dropped a new Fall collection, and they’re also celebrating Friends & Family today through Sept 14. You usually have to have a code, but if you’re in the Memphis area and mention KPFUSION, you can save 20% off your purchase!
I popped into Athleta earlier this week to try on some new pieces (they’ll be posted to my IG stories soon), so I wanted to also share some of my top picks here. While Athleta is known for their active wear, many of their pieces can be worked into your regular wardrobe: they carry comfy joggers and hoodies, cute tees and even dresses, so if you’re looking for casual pieces that you can truly maximize in your wardrobe (especially for those off days or long travel days), there are a ton of stylish pieces to choose from.
Their Brooklyn Ankle Pant is perfect for travel and long commutes. They’re made from a recycled material, are lightweight with a mid-rise fit, and they are great for women that are 5’3 and under (like me!). You can pair them with fun graphic tees or lightweight sweatshirts. They also carry denim if you’re looking for a new skinny jean as well.
I also love their Farallon Joggers (what I’m wearing). They’re a semi-fitted knit so they don’t have a baggy look, and this camo print caught my eye as soon as I walked into the store. It has a matching hoodie that is slightly cropped, but I decided to get their Lincoln Park Sweater instead; it’s ribbed, soft and skims the body. It’s also a little longer (but not quite a tunic), so you can pair it with leggings as well.
I wanted pieces that I knew I’d be able to mix and match with all season long, and both of these will easily fit right into my current wardrobe. Click here to shop their new arrivals online, or come by the Saddle Creek location this weekend for Friends & Family (and use my code!)!
