You guys!! My blog turns 10 today!!!! I cannot believe that I've been doing this for so long, but I could not imagine myself NOT blogging at this point. I've learned a LOT and had so many amazing experiences over the years, so I want to share a few of the things that have been the most impactful to me.
Content creation is supposed to be fun, so I wanted to share a few tips for other bloggers who may have to do self-portraits on their own from time to time. I promise it's not as hard as you think if you keep these 5 tips in mind.

After I wrapped up a shoot with one of my blogger clients last Saturday I popped into H&M after she told me about the sale they were having. I didn't have long to look around (speed shopping is now my new thing) and I scored a few cute pieces, included this midi/maxi puff-sleeved dress.

Not all influencer podcasts are created the same, and the ones that I tend to lean towards (and binge on), are the ones that come from people that either work on the brand/business side of influencer marketing, or they're leaders within the industry that also aren't strictly fashion focused.
I always get asked a lot of questions anytime someone learns that I'm a blogger, and unfortunately, thoughts toward the industry as a whole are cynical, if not negative, so I wanted to talk about a few of the misconceptions that are out there about being a blogger (and hopefully help debunk them).

If you're in the blogging game for the long haul and want to work on growing your audience, I think it's really important not to forget the tried and true ways to gain traction with your blog.
If you've found yourself stuck in a rut when it comes to blogging (or haven't gotten on the blogging train yet and need some help), think about adding the books I've rounded up to your (creative) bag.
