Memphis is home to so many cool, talented creatives, so it’s always a pleasure to share when they do something innovative and fun. Fashion Illustrator and Travelwear Designer Kris Keys is partnering with ArtUp to showcase her first collection, Hematology, with the opening reception this Saturday, Jan 12, 2019 from 5pm-7pm at the South Main Artspace Lofts.
I’m a firm believer of not saving outfits, but every blue moon it works out that way (and is actually for the best). I recently met one of my friends for drinks at the newly renovate Hu. Hotel Rooftop Bar downtown.
It’s hard to believe that we’re in the midst of the Holiday season and that the new year is oh so close, but I know that many people are gearing up to launch their own blogs, so I wanted to share a few tips for all the newbies out there.
No two social calendars will be the same this season, so if you’re in need of a little style inspiration, check out these holiday party looks from some of my local faves!
Thanksgiving is literally hours away, and I don’t know about you guys but I’m still trying to figure out what to wear!
Just in time for Black Friday, Shopbop is having their Buy More, Save More sale! Save up to 25% off orders of $200+ with code MORE18 through Sunday, 11.25.18.
Whenever the temps hit extremes, that’s usually when I realize what I need to invest in. Right now? I’m seriously in need of cold weather faves: chunky knit sweaters, scarves and gloves. Give me all the things to keep me warm. Ha!
Fall was just setting in in Memphis but it was still in the 80s in Daytona, so I knew I had to find balance with packing. I immediately fell in love with this floral print dress from Target’s new Wild Fable™ line. It’s one of those pieces that makes you feel pretty as soon as you put it on. I didn’t wan’t to take it off!
While I doubt that I’ll convert to a capsule wardrobe, there is still something to be said for owning pieces that you can effortlessly style together.
At some point, Instagram is going to implode. If you’re a blogger, you’re probably sick to death of talking about its algorithm, and if you’re not, you’re probably sick of hearing us talk about it. Ha!
